As a Technical Manager in the Kalypso Oracle Practice, you will work in a client-facing role for global clients, helping them apply leading practice technology solutions to their Oracle Cloud implementation. Our focus is on helping clients extract business value from the Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain solutions, not just making the technology work. In this hands-on role, you will help deliver Oracle Cloud solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods, and Retail.

You will also help grow the practice by mentoring and leading junior members on the team, guiding them on leading practices in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps and software development lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of projects including migrations, integrations, customizations, extensions, and technical solutions
• Define Oracle Cloud technical best practices, methodologies, processes, tools and recommend technical architectures and tools to ensure Repeatable Customer Success

• Keep abreast of the new features and functionality within the Oracle Cloud technical landscape
• Support estimating efforts for sales opportunities by providing insight and input to project proposals
• Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, insightful, and influential presentations and communications both internally and to clients
• Provide input to the solution architecture and technical design for project implementations including development and delivery of technical design and technical architecture documentation
• Provide design and leading practice direction to the other team members as required to support project deliverables

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required for this position
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required

Preferred Qualifications

• This position typically requires a min of 6 years of software implementation experience (Oracle preferred) which includes experience with implementation of multiple Oracle Cloud solutions in ERP Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning
• Java and Groovy development experience
• Knowledge and experience managing software development through SDLC methodologies
• Ability to influence client to follow leading practice integration approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the client organization

• Solid understanding and experience with Cloud paradigms and models such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
• Experience with NOSQL, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming in addition to Cloud tools such as BI Publisher and OBIEE
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC), MuleSoft or similar middleware products
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, application composer, and page composer
• Experience building server APIs and use of common Web Services standards and implementations. Examples: WSDL / SOAP / REST / JAX-WS / JSON / XML / Jersey / Jackson
• Knowledge of EDI, B2B and common XML standards (XCBL, CXML) a plus
• Oracle Cloud certifications and professional accounting designation a plus
• This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for job level and compensation
• The base salary compensation range for this role in Colorado is $130 - 175k with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
  This position also offers a supplemental compensation through a daily variable rate based on target utilization goal achievement.
