Application Manager (Remote, GxP, English+German)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications, ensuring seamless operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications supporting GxP processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact.
• Maintain applications in strict compliance with GxP regulations, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
• Participate in validation efforts, including writing, reviewing, and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and related documentation.
• Maintain audit readiness by keeping complete and accurate application records and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

• At least 4 years of IT experience in application management or a related role.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Educational background in IT or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with GxP regulatory requirements and validation protocols is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude with a focus on application lifecycle management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Knowledge of validation and compliance processes within regulated industries.
