Application Manager Verint

What you are going to do

As an Application Manager Verint, you will:

• Maintain and optimize our Verint services for Nationale-Nederlanden business units
• Collaborate closely with business units to provide exceptional service and support
• Troubleshoot technical issues across systems linked with Verint, ensuring seamless operations
• Stay in close contact with vendors to keep up-to-date with the latest developments
• Work with chain solutions like Speech Analytics & Automated Call Logging, based on Verint technologies as a part of it
• Work with WorkForce Optimization & Verint Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business units and vendors
• Technical proficiency to troubleshoot and manage systems linked with Verint
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with Verint solutions is a plus
• Dutch proficiency is required

You will join the Verint Team within the Customer and Digital domain, working alongside two other dedicated Verint Application Managers.
