The Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional developer experiences with a shift-left approach? Adobe's application security team leads the charter of ensuring security is prioritized during product development. Join us to craft and implement Adobe's in-house Automated Threat Modeling solution. We identify security threats at Adobe scale and enable development teams to fix them before deployment to production.

What you'll do

• Partner with developers to represent threat models "as code" for Adobe products
• Design, implement, test, and deploy features to Adobe's Automated Threat Modeling capability
• Build integrations to other capabilities within Adobe's security ecosystem
• Work in an agile environment
• Actively provide technical leadership to more junior members of the security team
• Perform research into the emerging security landscape

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in the Computer Science, Engineering or Application Security field
• 3+ years of demonstrated ability using Python, C, C++, or Java
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate the security of a system
• Knowledge of building resilient, highly available systems
• Ability to solve problems using appropriate tools and techniques across the full stack
• Ambitious and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter requiring minimal direction
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
• Experience with automating security tools in the CICD pipeline is a plus
• Someone who cares deeply about customers including our internal developers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $129,400 -- $235,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
