Application Software Developer

Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Develops new and existing client/server applications and visual reports using project specifications, statements of problem and operating procedures. Performs data analysis to validate the reporting content and accuracy, completed project requirements and continuous improvement objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Query and format data from multiple data sources
• Create Power BI reports to present data findings
• Use defined requirements to present trends and inconsistencies
• Increase efficiency of operational processes
• Maintain existing Excel VBA macro reports
• Convert existing Excel VBA macro reports to Power BI reports
• Present benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators based on historical and current data
• Create new and maintain existing in-house applications using the .NET framework
• Debug and maintain written code
• Identifying and handling technical risks and issues
• Work alongside other developers

What you need to succeed:

• Computer Science or related degree
• 3 or more years experience with C#, PL-SQL, T-SQL, .NET, and VBA languages
• experience building Power BI reports
• experience creating an running queries for Oracle and SQL databases
• experience with building and maintaining web applications

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Pay Range: $ 70, 700- $ 131,300. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
