Applications Specialist

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Application Specialist for our IT team.

This detail-oriented individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationship with software vendors and implementing new technology solutions.

This position reports to the Information Technology Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Somerville, MA.

 Responsibilities:

• Create and Maintain relationships with software vendors
• Act as a liaison between members of IT, user community, vendors and our internal development team
• Play a leading role in the documentation of internal processes and policies
• Create and present application related trainings to Triumvirate’s user community
• Take a leading role in technology deployments, integrations, upgrades and maintenance
• Interact via written, verbal and in person communication with vendors as well as employees at all levels and regions of the company
• Accept ticket escalations from the IT Helpdesk team
• Research, procure and implement new technology solution
• Keep up to date with the latest technology news and advancements
• Technical lead for a diverse catalog of SAAS apps including but not limited to Greenhouse, Asset Panda, DocuSign, Office 365, Mobile, Device Manager, TEAMS UCaaS, SharePoint and more!
• Participate in strategizing Microsoft Licensing decisions
• Take a security conscious approach by default 

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• 3 or more years of experience in Information Technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, SAAS integrations, Single Sign On
• Strong attention to detail and an appetite for continual learning
• Top-notch problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must be passionate about technology and looking to make an impact on an organization
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship 
• Must have a reliable form of transportation and be able to work in the Somerville, MA office 5-days a week
