Application specialist (Czech & Slovak region)

Job description

• Interesting and varied work in an established IVD diagnostics company,
• Installing instrumentation (IVD medical devices) in clients' clinical biochemistry laboratories,
• training laboratory staff to work on new instruments or changes to our products in CZ/SK
• follow-up support for existing and new users,
• collecting and analysing information on product usage and clinical conditions to understand and meet customer requirements.

What knowledge and skills we require from you:

• University degree (ideally in biochemistry, life sciences, medical technology),
• Experience in a similar role (application support to customers in one of the areas of urinalysis, haematology, coagulation)
• Driving licence with a licence no. B license and willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
• very good presentation and communication skills,
• Reliability, flexibility, diligence and accountability for the results of the portfolio entrusted to him,
• user knowledge of MS Office
