Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Summary:

The Application Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.

The Support Analyst will also perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention. This position will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. This position may require independent work, sharing information and assisting others with work orders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the onshore and offshore Safe-Guard IT Support team resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
  • Perform user administration duties

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3 years minimum of work experience required
  • Experience in managing helpdesk/desktop/service desk teams
  • Experience with managed services
  • At least 1 year of customer support or service desk leadership
  • Ability to affect process change in complex environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and positive working attitude
  • Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
