Location: United States – Onsite - Must work PST hours

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + 10% performance bonus (DOE & Geographic Location) 

About the Role: 

Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Application Support Analyst to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the People Experiences team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Application Support department and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our client’s Commerce Engineering products portfolio. About you: 

We are looking for someone to: 

  • Own the creation of email content.  
  • Own the creation of audiences in SFMC. 
  • Respond to questions and troubleshoot minor bugs post-onboarding. 
  • Handle templated deliverability communication with Salesforce and third-parties once we have identified a deliverability issue. 
  • Support user access. 
  • Clone existing processes such as automations with direction from me. 
  • Follow up on contracts, additional features, tasks, and cases. 
  • Help with documentation and creating tasks for every request we receive. 
  • Support Ad hoc reports users request. 
  • Update SSO certificates and setting up SSO access. 
  • Set up new sender profiles. 
  • Help users with testing. 
  • Run simple queries the team asks for that are stored in SFMC. 
  • Handle GDPR requests. 
  • Add Marketing Objections to suppression lists.

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification 
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification  

Some stuff you need: 

  • 3-6 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in administration, configuration, and support capacity 
  • Experience with an email marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, ActiveCampaign. 
  • Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel. 
  • Experience modifying HTML and CSS. 
  • Experience using a ticketing system such as JIRA. 
  • SFMC Email Specialist certificate. 
  • Previous experience with a reporting tool or basic SQL knowledge
