Application Support Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Application Support: Provide support for our suite of applications, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges promptly.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze application-related problems, identifying underlying causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless application functionality.
• Documentation: Contribute to documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
• Release Management: Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and enhancements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or related roles.
• Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP, and MVC.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server and database management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Model N is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
