About the Role:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be the main subject matter expert in the daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of commercial and custom/proprietary developed enterprise-level software applications. Partner with multiple support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or requests. Be an internal expert in assigned technology products and design, program, debug, and modify complex software enhancement features or new software products.

You Will:
  • Support daily production/non-production issues, act as escalation point to resolve urgent and complex issues and manage expectations.
  • Implement solutions which include Salesforce (Sales and Service cloud) in a cloud and on-prem ecosystem
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively work with Business Analysts, Architects and End-users on requirements, impact analysis, solutioning and implementation
  • Understand and apply Salesforce best practice solutions.
  • Define and implement appropriate governance controls and processes for Salesforce
  • Work with various application product and technical teams on proactive monitoring and system health check
  • Analyze issues with the focus of determining cause and understanding patterns to improve the product, delivery methodology and overall organization.


You Have:
  • Experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) software support.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Enterprise SaaS Applications, their related architectures and cloud integration services
  • Intermediate to Advanced working experience on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Platform
  • Hands on experience implementing salesforce flows, triggers, validation rules, Apex programming, Visualforce etc.
  • Intermediate level knowledge to administer Github, Jira and Confluence.
