A snapshot of what you would do:

The Key function of the Application Support Lead is to provide Subject Matter Expertise and Technical Leadership for production client installations of the apexportal and smartVM products. The Application Support Lead will play a critical role in the product's success by working with the Application Support Team to ensure effective and efficient support of the apexportal and smartvM solutions that meets Clients' business needs/expectations while meeting SLAs.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required. Masters' degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Analytics or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years leadership experience in managing global teams.
  • Experience providing 24/7 support to global users.
  • ITIL certification and relevant experience.
  • SDLC experience in web hosted applications.
  • Ticketing tool admin experience (managing assignments, ticket allocations, reporting, and SLA adherence)
  • 2+ years of experience in Data definition, Data Manipulation, Data Control, and Transactional Control Concepts with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Servers (SSIS), or Oracle 10g.
  • 2+ experience in Change Management process
  • REST/SOAP API experience
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience with large customers.
  • Expert communications (written and verbal) with subordinates, leadership, and external customers.
  • SOC compliance


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 or More Years of .Net (C#, VB.Net, etc.)
  • 2 or More Years of Entity Framework
  • 2 or More Years of WCF / Web API / WPF
  • 2 or More Years of MVC
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Prior experience and usage of ADO Entities
  • Deep Win Forms Knowledge
  • TFS (Team Foundation System)
  • Strong Object-Oriented Development fundamentals and expertise
  • Experience with Design Patterns and Coding Best Practices
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and course correct as business drivers change
  • Experience developing applications on Windows Server environments
  • Experience working with Agile Development methodologies
