Job Description As part of FRDC, CCBRFT (Consumer & Community Banking Risk & Finance IT) organization has responsibility for the implementation and support of infrastructure platforms and software services for CCB Risk and Finance regulatory activities including CCAR, as well as the many modeling and analytics programs throughout CCB. This entry level role will be part of the site reliability engineering team for Model Governance and Analytical Platform Implementation Technology, which maintains a number of analytical and business intelligence environments including several technology platforms running SAS, along with the support of many server and desktop products. End users consist of application developers, technical analysts, system administrators, SAS administrators, and software engineers and will support the environments (infrastructure and software) necessary for end users to execute analytical processes. Key qualifications include:
  • Learning and driving innovation across the firm's corporate technology portfolio, increasing efficiencies through process automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Agile application development, with an emphasis on user experience and shorter development cycles
  • Ability to work with SRE and Application Development teams and troubleshoots incidents, participate in blameless post-mortems, remediation efforts and tasks, and supports solutions for closure.
  • Engages and proactively works with application development and other technology teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable and automated software releases
  • Defines and drives adoption of a best in class monitoring frameworks to accomplish end to end application or service monitoring and noiseless alerting end application or service monitoring and noiseless alerting with proper telemetry
  • Be part of the rotational support coverage as needed
