Application Systems Analyst

ECS is seeking an Application Systems Analyst to work in our Memphis, TN office.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for customers, USPS sales account representatives, Business Service Network and Customer Support Team Members
• Assist with analyzing the file transmissions, mailer data and scan event information with management and others.
• Generate daily and weekly reports from Access database for management.
• Monitor data entries in Access database for correctness
• Write SQL reports to verify employee's product performance
• Train employees on all phases business and technical requirements.
• Reviews and analyzes bar-coded labels with others
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems
• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
• Writes SOPs for employees to describe installation and operating procedures.
• Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• Typically reports to a manager.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Answers calls via a IVR system

Required Skills:

• US Citizen or Green card holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Bachelor's degree.
