Applications Designer (Short Term, Part Time Contract)

What We Need

Yieldmo is seeking a Product Designer to join our team of problem-solvers and inventors to evolve the way people buy and sell inventory. You will contribute to a new design system, and define experiences that make it easy to understand and make decisions about a complex set of variables by bringing elegant data visualization together with simplified workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business teams and customers to front end experiences for internal and external users.  As a designer at Yieldmo, you’ll be expected to use your full range of product, interaction, and visual design skills. Your work will change an industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product, developers and other designers you will lead design for all applications 
• Member of SCRUM team responsible for defining the detailed interactions and high fidelity Figma prototypes
• Experience in B2B and/or process redesign is appreciated
• Modern approach to application design
• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers to inform and improve design strategies, help set the vision for the user experience and formulate plan for iterating  towards that vision
• Collaborate tightly with engineering to experiment and launch commercially viable products, all while putting systems in place for scalable, well documented products. 
• Drive UX research to hone product performance as seen through the lens of its users

Requirements

• Experience in AdTech or similar industry, creating highly functional and beloved experiences
• Strong track record of leading teams to launch end-user facing products
• Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to step up to challenges and new experiences with a positive, can-do, collaborative attitude
• Proactive individual contributor as well as fostering collaborative team engagements

US Jobs: The base hourly range for this role is: $80 - $100 per hour. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
