Job Description

The candidate is expected to support the following:

• Focus on projects related to PVD/PECVD product such as new tool process startup tasks, new process development in evaluation, and warranty/service contract service.
• Perform pre-sales support to sales team and PM team in new business development.
• Document all test results and lessons learned in BKMs (Best Known Methods) and transfer the knowledge to junior Field Applications members.

Requirements

• The recent AI demand driven the business growth in advanced packaging field. We are looking for high energy, self-driven and motivated engineers who are interested in working in High Tech. 
• Ideal candidates appreciate the opportunity to have high levels of accountability, working well with limited supervision and thrive in a work environment where they can drive projects on their own.
• Must have good oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 2 years;

Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years;

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
