The Position

As a member of Application team, you also play a key role to provide delight customer services via training, consulting and troubleshooting. You will work in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders including the sales, marketing teams…You take key role in As Quality Applications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Quality Applications specialists’ functional team. Your primary focus will be on performing and managing support programs and services for laboratory quality improvement, ensuring the alignment with global and regional frameworks as well as adapting to changing business requirements.

Your Opportunity 

  • Provide remote and on-site technical and troubleshooting support for patients and healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and following all the systems and procedures established with a sense of urgency and customer centricity.
  • Conduct operator and Applications/QC training for customers and internal staffs.
  • Provide technical support in assigned projects/programs to improve laboratory quality, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives;
  • Participate in developing materials, documents and tools per request from internal and customers; actively contribute ideas/solutions to optimize business relevant information and work processes and to delight customer services.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and stakeholders to deliver effective lab-quality-support programs.
  • Ensures all activities are promptly and accurately key-in to Rexis in accordance with the specifications of the internal quality guidelines;
  • Monitor and escalate the complaints, identify complex, intermittent or infrequent equipment failures. Manage complaints in cooperation with second level support, including communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Support for in-house training, product demonstration, product evaluation/trials/study for key customers and reference sites.
  • Present as service ambassador of Roche Diagnostic and build trust, connection with customers and internal stakeholders by strong and effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Who you are 

  • Master / Bachelor’s Degree in either Health/Science/Medical Technology or related discipline from a recognized university.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in clinical laboratories, prefer in quality management position. Experiences with cobas systems shall be added advantages. Experience with clinical quality management and quality certification/accreditation programs such as ISO 15189, Decision 2429, EQA programs, and CLSI guidelines shall be added advantages.
  • Strong skill in data analytics, especially statistical analysis and method verification by MS excel or relevant statistic software (EP evaluator, Analyse-it…) shall be added advantages.
  • Core competency including adaptability, continuous learning, leadership potential, critical thinking, initiative, collaboration, resilience, results-oriented mindset, creative problem solving, sense or urgency, time management, good communication skills, abilities to work as an independent contributor and as a team member are required. Other skills: presentation skill, data analyst skill, training skill, office skill, project management. Computer Skills: Microsoft Offices, Google Workspace, Statistic tools/ software
  • Language: English and Vietnamese
