Appraisal Operations Support Coordinator

This is a Full-Time role within the Appraisal Operations Support Department at MountainSeed. The position serves MountainSeed customers and appraisers by providing product and order information, resolving issues and service problems. The role involves extensive verbal and written communication while working in a fast-paced environment. The shift is 8 hours with a one-hour lunch break.

What is the work you'll tackle?

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and appraisers.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to client and appraiser messages.
• Request required documents or information necessary to facilitate the appraisal order.
• Escalate complex questions to appropriate department.
• Problem Resolution - Clarifying the client or appraiser problem; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; taking the appropriate action to resolve and following up to ensure resolution.
• Weekly attendance of Department Meetings.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
• Identify process or procedure improvements to benefit the department or company.
• Assist in team coverage during employee PTO times.
• Work independently under the direction of the Department Manager.
• Any other related tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

• At least three (3) years of experience in Real Estate, Mortgage and/or Appraisal field.
• Experience working in Appraisal related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and efficiency in responding to written messages through a computer system.
• Technological literacy and mastery of navigating web browsers and basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Comfortable working in an open, team environment with continuous focus on self- and company-improvement.
