Enfield, Glasgow, Wakefield, Belfast or Darlington
Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week
Salary up to ÂŁ11.44 an hour depending on age.

As a Mears Apprentice you will be paid above the national minimum wage and be paid for your normal working hours plus time to do your college work with the opportunity to get real life experiences such as working in people’s homes, getting involved in community projects and improving people’s lives by being customer focused.
About the role:
As a Business Support Apprentice within our contract your main duties will be to listen, observe and participate in a range of tasks which will enable you gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme. A Business Support Apprentice will provide KPI management support to our quality team. The duties include
1. Support the Quality Team with the monthly review of KPI data

2. Support training to staff regarding KPI delivery

3. Support the investigation and response of service user complaints
Â
4. Support with the preparation of the monthly data and board reports for the Home Office
5. Support with the administration of Home Office inspections
Key Criteria:
- GCSEs minimum national / grade 4 in Maths and English.
- Active listening
- Willing to learn
- Good Communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, outlook, Word etc.
