We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented apprentice to join our Peer-to-Peer teamsupporting the Immunology franchise (dermatology). This role is designed for candidates who are very well organised, want to learn about commercial functions in the pharmaceutical industry. The apprentice will support a wide range of activities within the team, contributing to the efficiency and success of our franchise.

Main responsibilities:

Support sales teams with P2P meetings

• Provide support to sales teams for their P2P meetings
• Lead the collaboration with external agency (contracts & materials)
• Create & manage meeting related materials (rep-triggered emails, agenda, slide decks)

Regular, close contact with:

• Sales teams dermatology & respiratory
• Medical Signatory
• Marketing team
• Medical writing agency
• Contracting agency

About you:

• Interest in working in the sales and marketing sector for pharmaceutical industry or healthcare
• Desire to undertake further education to develop knowledge and skills in Sales and marketing
• Experience of Office 365, together with PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Detail-orientated, organised and adaptable (able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines)
• Good communicator with excellent all-around writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritise workload
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Ability to work within a complex corporate organisational structure
• Team player with a positive attitude, always acting with a high degree of personal and professional integrity
