As a Biology and Apps Intern for Beckman Coulter Life Science you will be asked to dive headfirst into supporting development for a prototype instrument. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with lab work, testing devices, creating new skills, and sharpening old ones.

This onsite position is an integral part of our cell health development team located in Indianapolis, IN. Within our team, we strive to deliver high-quality products on time, consistently solve problems, and always improve our processes. You will be a part of the cell health and centrifuge team and report to the Sr. Hardware Engineer responsible for the development of a prototype module which will be integrated into new devices. The essential requirements of the job include:

• Completed Sophomore year of study in undergraduate Biology/Chemistry/Engineering (or similar) program
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Availability to complete up to 6 months of an internship

The preferred requirements of the job include:

• Some Cell Culture Experience
• Previous lab experience
• Completed Junior or Senior years of study
