What will you do?

  • Gather and enter batch record data into computer databases or spreadsheets.
  • Ensure data is entered accurately
  • Investigate any non-conformance values
  • Upload and catalog reports in Documentum
  • Collect required information and ensure that it is properly saved
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that data is collected prior to due date
  • Assist APR/CPV teams gather required report documents
  • Assist with the development and implantation of Discoverant
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities

How will you get there?

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Preferred of data entry experience or experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication in English.
  • Database usage, knowledge of LIMS, Documentum, Discoverant
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Organizational skills to ensure data is concise and accurate.
  • Good critical and logical thinking skills.
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to understand the manufacturing process, identify trends
  • Experienced user of Excel; LIMS, Access
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes personal accountability for decisions and actions
