AR Accountant

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

Role Overview

The AR Accountant will be included the central multi- lingual accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries, acting as AR accountant .

The role requires flexibility and capacity of relationship with different departments, such as Sales in multiple countries.

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be mainly responsible for customer invoicing and will take care, among other activities, of:

• Invoicing for domestic and non-domestic customers
• I/co rebilling for Keywords subsidiaries
• Credit collection
• Monthly close process and month end reconciliations

Technical Skills

• Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics
• At least 5/10 years of proven working experience in Accounting
• Knowledge of general ledger
• Knowledge of VAT rules and tax obligations relating to invoicing
• Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills
• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Knowledege of Netsuite is a plus
