TITLE: AR Analyst II

LOCATION: REMOTE

AR Analyst

The AR Analyst is responsible for billing, credit and collections. This job requires regular interaction with Forcepoint G2CI customers and internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are raised timely and accurately and are collected within the agreed payment terms.

The candidate should be analytical with strong problem solving and technical skills, possess excellent communication, organizational and decision-making skills, produce quality work with efficiency, and provide solid advice and data to others while adding to a positive, team-oriented work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Managing invoice processing for customers.
  • Identifying and timely resolving any invoicing issues to ensure on-time payment.
  • Reconcile account statements via cash application, issuing credit transactions and other miscellaneous entries.
  • Assisting with credit decisions and credit limits.
  • Preparation of customer statements of account.
  • Collection of customer balances, including overdue balances.
  • Working cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and disputes.
  • Assist with tax or other regulatory issues, as required.
  • Ability to work extended hours to support the month-end and quarter end processing.
  • Provide support for audit requests.
  • Assist in the cash forecasting process.

Education and Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related Order to Cash role.
  • Proficiency in excel and other Microsoft office tools.
  • Professional certifications a plus
  • Experience working with federal customers preferred.
  • Ability to utilize excel and Microsoft office efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a shifting set of priorities.
  • Ability to remain organized to meet all deadlines.
  • Ability to proactively engage with customers.
  • Ability to be comfortable working remotely.
