AR Analyst with Dutch

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an AR Analyst you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis and providing insight and innovation into the business. You’ll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.
In this role you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Scope of Duties:

• Manage assigned AR portfolio
• Perform cash collection tasks
• Respond to inquiries (tickets in Salesforce/calls) from internal and external customers
• Do the reconciliation of accounts or research on disputed AR
• Coordinate resolution of customer disputes
• Credit management and releasing orders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Dutch – fluent
• English – fluent
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Ability to work accurately with numbers
• Very good communication skills both in spoken and in written in one of above listed languages
• Working knowledge of MS Excel

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good understanding Accounts Receivables (AR)
