AR Billing Specialist

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the AR Billing Specialist will assist our billing and collections functions. This role is mission-critical to our success and heavily relied upon by our management. You will...

• Assist in generating accurate invoices each week using our proprietary billing platform
• Send account statements and AR reporting to clients on a weekly basis
• Research and answer billing inquiries from our partners both internal and external
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt exposure
• Take proactive action and provide customer service to encourage timely payments
• Work with the AR Manager and Collections Specialists to identify and implement process improvements to increase cash flow and reduce DSO

You have...

• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Strong interpersonal relations and business acumen
• Experience in billing or a finance-related role
• Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving with high attention to detail
• Experience using GSuite, Excel, Word, and Internet-based systems
• Experience with Netsuite (Preferred, not required)
