Maesa is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Chargeback Analyst to support the AR and Chargeback functions.  Reporting directly to VP of Finance, you will be responsible for daily processing of chargeback claims, researching discrepancies and working with customers to reach resolution along with AR, credit and collections duties.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily processing of chargeback claims
• Work with accounts receivable team and customers to resolve any discrepancies with chargebacks and ensure incorrect deductions are reversed
• Work closely with customers to resolve chargeback discrepancies
• Responsible for maintaining monthly schedule of accrued chargebacks (actual v/s budgeted)
• Assist in billing, cash application and collection functions
• Review & release credit holds
• Monthly DSO reporting
• Manage wholesale customer setup
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
• Support Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Chargeback analyst role
• Strong knowledge of disputing chargebacks, having worked with Mass Drug & Retail stores
• Well organized and ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Epicor a plus
• Strong Excel skills is a must
• Experience with CPG industry and/or manufacturing a plus
