About This Job
Leveraging their knowledge of receivables solutions, including market needs, this position will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver market competitive solutions to meet or exceed our customer's requirements.
Essential Functions
- Strong knowledge of commercial cash management solutions and concepts
- Self-driven and organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives

- Expert product instincts and an ability to balance customer and business impact
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our products and services
- Experience working with and presenting to all levels (including C-suite) of a commercial organization
- Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships both externally and internal to Commerce Bank
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with background in sales, customer service, product or payments
- Demonstrated product delivery experience commercializing new opportunities from concept to reality
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience partnering with FinTechs delivering solutions to market a plus
- Experience using SalesForce CRM (a plus) or similar CRM
- Exposure to Integrated and/or Online Receivables platforms
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years experience Preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Preferred
- Product Management Training / Certification (Pragmatic Marketing, PDMA, etc) Preferred
