What's The Job?

We are searching for aAccounts Receivable Accountant to join our York, PA teamwho would be responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies. The successful candidate will relish the process of tracking invoices and resolving accounts for our complex and demanding customer base.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Prepare, Review and Send Customer Consolidated Billings.
• Manage customer portal sites including set up and instructions
• Assist with customer portal invoice entry
• Monitor portal customer accounts to ensure timely invoice entry and payment
• Research and resolve sales tax payment issues.
• Quarterly AR sales tax cleanup and journal entry
• Research customer credits and resolve.
• Prepare customer refund requests.
• Manage credit card system and review credit card payments.
• Maintain customer special handling listing and Instructions.
• New Customer Set-up
• Assist with EOM Raymond Reporting

What Makes Me Qualified?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years of Accounting and Accounts Receivable required
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
• Highly accurate and detail orientated
• Proficient at multi-tasking
