AR Specialist

Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is in need of an accounts receivable accountant for a contract opportunity in their corporate office in Loudoun County. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' of AR experience, and will be familiar and comfortable with billing and reconciliation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 2+ years AR experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with billing/ collections
• Strong attention to detail
• Available immediately

• Handle customer billing and monthly reconciliation on the AR side
• Monitor aging on assigned accounts
• Monitor adjustment/bill-to requests
• Speak with customers on the phone regarding payments
