AR & Trade Investment Accountant

Job Description
As AR & Trade Investment Accountant you will be owning the modern trade accounts (KA & E-Commerce), also handling the Balance sheet reporting (Blackline) and actively supporting the AR & Trade investment manager with new projects or system improvement.
What will you do?

• Business partner with sales functions.
• Ensure that all settlements/ collections are accurately reflected on Oracle.
• Follow up for Modern trade collections, contracts update, and confirmation balance required.
• Recording the scrap sales.
• Share the Daily, Weekly & Monthly AR aging.
• Validate claims for MT accounts for Trade drives and incentives claims.
• Conduct balance confirmation for Modern trade accounts.
• Liaises with sales team collection plan and ensures accurate monitoring of the outstanding due invoices.
• Work closely with the trade investment manager on the monthly cause of change and related commentaries.

What you bring?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent. (Qualified certificate would be preferred).
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of significant experience. (FMCG would be preferred).
• Language Knowledge: Arabic and English
