AR/AP and Human Resources Assistant

A successful HR/AP/AR assistant must have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and post open recruitments on various job boards
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
• Supports interview and selection process
• Track and maintain employee PTO/COMP spreadsheet
• Track and maintain employee receipts against company credit card statements
• Track and maintain company PO System
• Support the HR and Finance Director with administrative task as assigned

Required skills/Abilities include, but are not limited to:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Math Aptitude
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy
• Strong knowledge of Excel required

This position is flexible in regard to the start and stop time needed here in the office. It's a great part time opportunity but does have the potential to become full time for the right person down the road.

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
