Architect

As a Technical Lead, associate is responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex integration module.

Associate should have hands on experience with Agile software development principles.

Should be able to liaison with business users to understand requirement and turn it into technical prospect.

Candidate should be able to coordinate with Business users and understand business requirement and should be able to design the technical layout using SOA/FMW.

Creation of Technical design document based upon relevant information

Associate will be responsible for Sprint planning, deliverables and executing the plan with team.

Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your task.

Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team.

As a technical lead candidate needs to groom junior developer and aim to make them eligible for senior developer role
