The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 0-2 years of experience in architectural design or related field. 
• Experience: 
  • Design facilities-small projects: new offices, conference rooms, street, signage.
  • Knowledge in drafting areas.
  • Excellent understanding and execution in drafting codes.
  • As built
  • Escort contractors to explain projects scope for quotes purpose.
  • Preferable Airports knowledge
  • Electronically drawing file processing

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Assist in the preparation of design concepts and presentations for a variety of projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and project goals.

• Drafting and Documentation: Create and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and site conditions to inform design decisions.

• Collaboration: Work alongside senior architects and engineers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Participate in team meetings and design reviews.

• Client Interaction: Assist in the preparation of client presentations and project updates, maintaining clear communication and rapport with clients.

• Construction Administration: Support project teams during the construction phase by reviewing contractor submittals, conducting site visits, and ensuring design intent is met.

• Professional Development: Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team.
