Job Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime with Cognizant

Experience: 10 to 12 years

Required Qualifications:

Developing next-gen applications using open source and emerging technologies making it cloud compliant. • Working on projects that will include new product/feature launches, enhancements, experience redesign, and tech stack migration. • Working very closely with the IT and business stakeholders ensure you met project timelines. • Participating in design discussions for end-to-end experiences and enhancements across all customer touchpoints and channels. • Translating program issues/opportunities into technical solutions. • Participating in day-to-day activities involving design, development, test support, deployment, and production monitoring and support. • Working in a positive, collaborative environment that instills respect, trust, quality, and success as its core goals. • Bachelor's/master's degree or four or more years of work experience. • 12 + years of relevant work experience. • 5+ Years of work experience in designing enterprise applications. • 10 + years of work experience as a backend developer. • 10 + years hands on Experience with Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring reactive, Java Spring Boot, JPA. • 7 + years hands on Experience with Oracle PL/SQL. • Experience in Application Security, and Agile development. • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins. • Experience in building high-performance user interface systems.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Developing product vision & strategy with continuous product improvement. • Efficient in managing teams and stakeholders to negotiate and balance the demands and expectations. • Feasibility analysis and impact assessment of the solution on the overall business. • Focused self-development approach with constant work in up skilling as per industry standards.
