What's the Role?

HERE is looking for an Application Architect in the Corporate Applications organization focusing on Data Integration and Data Management to enable back-office business processes and data flows. The Application Architect will work closely with key stakeholders in the business to intake, prioritize and implement operational and strategic projects as well as provide direction to outsourced development and support teams to successfully execute in a fast-paced, complex, global environment involving multiple applications, platforms and hosting models.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Corporate Applications subject matter expert and work horizontally across key business processes, technologies and applications.
• Work with both existing and new application capabilities to design effective solutions.
• Perform fit/gap analysis to provide recommended solution designs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and cost-effective options to enable.
• Ensure alignment to overall enterprise architecture and tooling.
• Manage priorities, projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Liaison to outsourced development and support resources.
• Collaborate with HERE IT and Service Delivery Management teams.
• Identify, analyze and select new software applications & platforms.
• Maintain communication channels with key business stakeholders, HERE IT teams and outsourced service providers.

Who are you?

• An experienced, motivated team player who has 8+ years of experience in global organizations architecting enterprise grade solutions in the following areas:
• Back-office business processes and systems such as within the human resource, accounting and finance functions.
• Data integration architectures, strategy and tooling
• Master data management and data warehousing
• Ability to establish integration architectures between applications and services deployed in the following hosting models:
• SaaS, AWS, OCI, On-Premise
• Experience with but not limited to the following data integration and data management, middleware technologies - Oracle Integration Cloud, AWS Glue, Informatica, Mulesoft, Sterling Integrator
• Experience with all phases of the SDLC utilizing Agile practices
• Ability to design innovative solutions to meet project requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication with key business stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Experience managing projects and engaging with outsourced service providers
