Job Description
- Lead team of campaign development resources to deliver exceptional cross-channel campaign services including campaign calendar, campaign requirements and campaign development and execution activities.Â
- Act as Implementation SME for Martech Platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud Applications -AJO, ACC, ACS, Marketo etc.
- Serve as the face of campaign delivery interfacing directly with client and internal teams to address and manage client requests and communicate status as a Merkle team member working on-site at the client location in Cleveland, OhioÂ
- Customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, including new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution, and quality control.Â
- Manage the campaign process in compliance with the contractual Service Level Agreements Plan.Â
- Coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status.Â
- Capable of completing campaign activities individually.Â
- Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account Teams, Client, and management team.Â
- Obtain client signoff on campaign specification Document and train other team members to perform campaign execution role.

- SQL for data analysis
- Customer Data Platforms Like AEP, AIQ
