Architect Consultant (AWS And Data)

Summary

Technossus is looking for a highly driven AWS Data Architect in the Southern California area. The AWS Data Architect is responsible for driving best practices and delivering innovative solutions in the AWS Data and analytics technology space for our valued clients. Additionally, the ideal candidate will help lead our key practice areas and/or COE to help enable both sales and delivery organizations.

Location: Hybrid Role

Responsibilities include:

• Architect, design, and deploy architecture to support data transformation, data structures, metadata dependency and workload management
• Work with stakeholders on data architecture and accessibility
• Analyze the data needs of an organization and implement reactive, resilient, and scalable data pipelines
• Experience deploying modern data solutions leveraging components like AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Data Lakes, Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake
• Supplement business development objectives, margin goals, and business strategies
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely documents such as RFPs and SOWs
• Staying well informed on industry changes, participating where possible in professional organizations directly involved in the market
• Training and Deploying ML models for production using cloud solutions on either AWS or Azure (preferably AWS)
• Ingesting, preparing, and transforming data for downstream tasks such as forecasting, analytics or ML use cases
• Cleaning, visualizing and reporting on the data from various aspects such as clustering, correlations, symmetry and imbalances
• Working with Subject matter Experts to understand and quantify the quality of the data for ML use cases
• Suggest and build baseline ML models for forecasting, prediction and classification use cases
• Designing ML models using CNN, RNN and related model architectures using TensorFlow or PyTorch where relevant
• Define and contribute to Technossus' key Data & Analytics practice area(s)
• Identify and build solution offerings
• Lead and mentor junior resources

Skills:

• 5+ yrs exp building data ingestion pipelines using Apache Spark or similar
• 5+ yrs exp with Hadoop and MapReduce or cloud equivalent
• 5+ yrs exp with Exploratory Data Analysis for both structured and unstructured data
• 3+ yrs consulting experience
• 3+ yrs exp building ML models using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• 3+ yrs exp building ML models using Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Boosting
• 5+ yrs exp using Python, SQL and relevant languages
• 3+ years working with analytics or data visualization platforms including, but not limited to: Snowflake, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Plus exp working in AWS partner system

Benefits

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $160,000.00 and $210,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
