What you will be doing:

• Lead the development and delivery of software solutions using Java and related technologies.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance systems using best practices in software engineering (SOLID, microservices, etc.).
• Oversee code quality through code reviews and by establishing development standards for the team.
• Ensure robust testing strategies, including unit testing and automated integration testing.

You are a good match if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development with a deep understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (Azure) 
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
