Job Title:Architect - MS Power Platform/SharePoint

Summary:This role involves overseeing the architecture, development, and support of the global Intranet portal, SharePoint, Power Platform, RPA, Azure, and the O365 Collaboration suite of applications.

Responsibilities Include:

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

• Team lead with strong communication to manage global collaboration team
• Drive adoption and serve as ambassador for the technology with global facing capability.
• Manage projects and operational activities within the team
• Provide technical direction for team members on development efforts
• Interpret and adopt new development approaches. Explore new technology and build solution from Microsoft Collaboration suit of applications such as O365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power Portal, Azure, AI, Dynamics 365
• Create and review technical specifications, track project status and reporting related to Collaboration
• Build, design and testing Disaster recovery solutions for all Collaboration suit of application - O365, SharePoint Online, Intranet Portal, Power Platform
• Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
• Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions

Decision Making Authority:

• Approve Technical Design and functional specification document
• Approve and assess the license, Technology & Tools for the project requests
• Allocate resources to the Project/ tickets
• Change Proctor - Manage and approve upgrades, Infrastructure changes, Production changes for the O365 suit of applications
• Manage the ITIL life Cycle – Service Request, Incidents, Problem tickets, Change management, Continuous Improvement
• Approving POC - Using latest technologies like Power Platform, Azure

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 + years of deep Business & Technical experience on O365, SharePoint Online/On-Premise with Modern UI customization in SharePoint online
• Hands on Experience on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure
• Good exposure on RPA, Power Portal, Virtual Agent, AI
• Expertise on developing and maintaining application using CSOM, JSOM, REST API, CAML Query, JSLink

• Expertise on JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, Media Queries, Google Charts
• Webparts, Content Types, Content Types Hubs, Document Set, SharePoint Designer Workflow
• Software development life Cycle – gathering and analyzing the requirements, designing, developing, testing and implementing
• Good exposure to Waterfall Model and Agile Methodologies
• 4+ years of Project Management experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects.
• Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively interacting with stakeholders
• Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft technologies related to Collaboration
• Post Gradate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required.
• Master’s or other advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field preferred.
