Architectural Project Manager / Project Architect

Location:Tempe, AZ Type:Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Construction Documents:Prepare and manage technical documents. • Consultant Coordination:Work with various consultants and designers. • Design and Programming:Involved in all phases from design to administration. • Construction Administration:Oversee construction processes and documentation. • Manage Staff:Manage other staff members as part of a team. Qualifications: • Experience:3 years minimim in an architectural office. • Skills: • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory. • Multi-family project experience and familiarity with Lumion and Enscape are beneficial. • Education:An architectural degree is a plus but not required; registration is not necessary. • Attributes:Client-focused and developer friendly, self-motivated, with strong technical, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
