Job description
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field, Adapted Physical Education (APE) certification, and 1+ years Adaptive PE Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position:ARD Facilitator / Manager (3 Openings)
Location:San Marcos, TX
Start/End Dates:August 13, 2025 May 21, 2026
Schedule:Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Assignment:Multiple campuses (Elementary and Secondary preferences considered)
Caseload:Pre-K through 18+ years
Responsibilities Include:
•
Leading and coordinating ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
•
Ensuring compliance with IDEA and state regulations
•
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and campus staff
•
Supporting the development and implementation of IEPs
•
Documenting and managing timelines and paperwork
Requirements:
•
Experience facilitating ARD meetings
•
Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures
•
Ability to manage multiple campuses and caseloads effectively
•
In-person attendancepreferred
