The Field Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing operations and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams, implement security protocols, and respond to incidents as they arise. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills and have a background in law enforcement or security.

Minimum of 2 years of Security Guard experience
Have a valid Driving License
Have a good DMV record
Have a valid Guard Card
Have a valid Firearm Permit
Baton & Tear Gas permits are plus
Have good Customer Service Skills
Available to work Day, Swing & Graveyard Shift
Be able to speak, read and write English
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
