ARMED OFFICER - Bilingual a must!

Level 3 armed officer - foot patrol position - EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS ONLY MUST HAVE(Do not apply if you do not meet all of these conditions): • Bi-Lingual SPANISH SPEAKER MANDATORY • School security experience a major plus (Charter school / magnet school / public school / or private school) • Experience working with kids • De-escalation training / Excellent communication skills • Your own vehicle in good running condition with current registration and insurance • Active state-issued identification (TDL, PASSPORT, ETC.) • Active state-issued guard card (level 3 - Commissioned officer) • If you are a parent / single parent, you must have adequate childcare provisions • Duty belt with your own firearm, cuffs, and flashlight • No felonies MUST BE: • Able to dress professionally. IE. Applicants that show up to interviews in house shoes, slippers, or are unprofessionally dressed, will be sent home. Convey an image and attitude that says you are here to secure the facility... not rob it. • Able to communicate clearlyand professionally- Your interview starts the moment you walk in the door. Everyone you speak to is interviewing you. • Able to pass a drug test -IE. If you show up smelling like weed, you will be sent home. About the post: This post is an easy post at a charter school.The post starts at $18 for the first 90 days and increases to $18.50 following successful completion of the 90 day period. Regular reviews follow. All posts are GPS tracked and require the installation of company software on your personal cell phone. Every hour, you are required to perform patrols and hit specified checkpoints; take photos, answer questions about your surroundings, etc., as dictated by software. Your activity is monitored in real-time by supervisors. If you work your post, you will look like a superstar, get raises, and have the opportunity for promotions. If you want to slack and sleep in your car... this isn't the job for you.
