Armed Security Guard – California CCW Required

JOB DESCRIPTION Note:To be considered for this position, you must have a valid California CCW permit. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role. We are looking for dedicated and skilled Security Agents with amandatory requirement of holding a California CCW (Carry Concealed Weapon) permitto work at various posts around the South Bay Area. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in physical security, surveillance, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and the general public. • Operate individually or as part of a small team at assigned posts. • Respond effectively to security threats, incidents, and emergencies as they arise. • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. • Conduct regular security checks and enforce site-specific policies. REQUIREMENTS • Valid California CCW(Carry Concealed Weapon) permit isrequired. • ORHR218orLEOSAcredentials. • ValidCalifornia Guard Card. • ValidCalifornia Exposed Firearm Permit. • CPR/First Aid Certification. • Valid driver's license. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must have the legal right to work in the United States. • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. • Minimum3-5 yearsof experience in physical security, surveillance, emergency response, access control, and/or incident management. • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. • Physically fit to stand or sit for extended periods (8-12 hours). • Strong communication skills—able to provide clear, effective directions and documentation. DESIRED QUALITIES • Experience designing and implementing security procedures, threat assessment, and EP SOPs. • Ability to adapt to diverse environments and interact with various personalities. • Calm, methodical approach to handling critical situations. • Customer service mindset, ensuring clients’ safety and security while adhering to site policies and emergency procedures.
