Armed Security Officers - Flex Officer Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Armed security duties to our clients. • MUST HAVE A STATE OF TEXAS COMMISSIONED SECURITY OFFICER LICENSE- LEVEL III • Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. • Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. • Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures. • Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. • This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. • You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Armed Security Officer. Additional Requirements: • Armed Security Officers must pass the following requirements and comply with Prosegur, client, and State Law Rules and Regulations • MUST HAVE Valid/Current State of Texas Level III Commissioned Security License-State of TX • MUST HAVE a Level III Firearm Holster Qualifications we are looking for: • 18+ years of age • High School Diploma or GED required. • Commissioned Security License-Level 3 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Clean driving record and valid driver's license • Capable of following complex instructions • Strong interpersonal skills • Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. • Knowledge of security operations and procedures Prosegur is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
