This is a great opportunity for customer service-oriented individuals and those that are interested in a career in the security industry. We have full and part-time positions available. You will receive excellent hands on training with our National Certified Training Instructors to include; Defensive Tactics, OC Foam, Use of Restraints, AVADE, Taser and Firearms. This is a exciting opportunity if you are looking for stability and experience. $500 Sign-on bonus after 90 days. Responsibilities: • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle • Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards • Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities • Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner • Additional duties as assigned You Provide: • Genuine desire and interest in the security industry • Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others • Reliable transportation • Basic computer skills to include word and outlook • Great communication/writing skills • Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License (must not have any felonies or misdemeanors) • Flexible working schedule to include weekends • 18 years of age and older • DRIVERS LICENSE • Pass pre-employment drug testing • Starting Wage $22 hr/based on experience and potential BENEFITS • Team Environment • Direct Deposit Payroll • 401(k)with company matching • Excellent Group Health medical insurance and prescription benefits • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • PTO (Paid Time Off) • EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Women, Minorities and Veterans encouraged to apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
