  • Design and document system architectures, including integrations, data flows, components, and technical models using best practices and internal standards.
  • Define and validate integration solutions using APIs, messaging systems, and distributed processing architectures.
  • Guide technical teams through impact analysis, architectural decisions, and solution design across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture governance, security standards, API best practices, and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in planning, prioritization, and estimation of demand.
  • Contribute to the evolution of architectural standards, observability practices, documentation, and engineering processes.
  • Support troubleshooting activities and drive continuous improvement of system performance and reliability.
  • Requirements:

    • Solid experience as a Senior Systems Analyst or Systems Architect, with strong background in solution design and implementation.
    • Strong expertise in relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, including query optimization, procedures, and performance tuning.
    • Experience with enterprise integration patterns, including Kafka (topics, streams, partitioning) and RESTful APIs.
    • Proficiency in programming and backend technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), Python, and familiarity with React.
    • Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools (Azure Data Factory is a plus).
    • Hands-on experience with Databricks and data-driven architectures.
    • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, microservices, distributed systems, UML modeling, and design patterns.
    • Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
    • Knowledge of observability practices including logs, metrics, and tracing.
    • Strong communication, documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in agile squads and complex enterprise environments.
    • Certifications in architecture or cloud/data platforms are a plus.
    • Must be based in São Paulo (or available for occasional onsite meetings).
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior architecture roles.
      • Flexible remote work model with occasional in-person collaboration.
      • Comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage.
      • Life insurance and additional financial protection benefits.
      • Meal and food allowance, plus flexible benefit platform options.
      • Mobile corporate device and unlimited data/voice plan.
      • Annual bonus or performance-based PPR.
      • Private pension plan to support long-term financial planning.
      • Childcare assistance for employees with dependents.
      • Wellness and wellbeing program including medical, psychological, and nutrition support.
      • Education incentives, certifications, and internal career mobility programs (including international opportunities).
      • Birthday day-off and flexible work schedule options.
