The platform provides end-to-end cloud lifecycle management with features like automated provisioning, comprehensive billing integration, reporting and predictive analytics. ArrowSphere also offers integrated DevOps and customizable storefronts that enable end customers to manage their own transactions.
As part of the ArrowSphere Finops team, you will have to:

• Manage CloudHealth and VCSP (Broadcom) orders in the ArrowSphere Platform: From order placement to billing. You will assist the sales team in recording orders and ensure that all VCSP revenue is correctly invoiced and reconciled.
• Assist in the reconciliation of other suppliers' data with platform data. (Data such as: vendor catalog, subscription detail, billing).
• Participate in the correction of data in case of discrepancies
• Participate in the generation of the billing statement
• Prepare the materials to Arrow's AP team
• Respond to tickets related to the catalog and billing

You will help ensure that the business runs smoothly and effectively into ArrowSphere platform.
Skills / Experience required:

• 3+ years of experience (administrative and billing assistant)
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to work with complicated system issues involving multiple environments
• Strong knowledge of Excel
