Position Overview
Reporting to the Director, Chief of Staff, the role requires top-notch design skills, and an eagerness and curiosity to further develop a broad skillset. You will be part of a high-performing and collaborative team with a trusted design sensibility and will play an instrumental role in bringing the CTO's vision of the Autodesk Platform story to life. You will partner with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Architect, Chief of Staff, and the Communications team and at times an array Platform Services and Emerging Technology (PSET) leaders.

The Creative and Brand Activation team is a multidisciplinary creative team responsible for concepting, creating, and rolling out engaging global activations that become powerful brandbenchmarks that cohesively build awareness, consideration, and preference.

Responsibilities

• Support and create visual designs, templates, and processes
• Become an advocate for the Autodesk PSET team by providing brand guidance through consults with internal and external stakeholders
• Produce compelling presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Develop creative presentations and other medium to articulate design concepts and direct vendors to oversee production
• Champion and visually evolve the Autodesk CTO and PSET Organization

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic and visual design
• Excellent layout, typography, iconography and design skills, and preparing print-ready files
• Understanding of design systems, keen attention to detail and consistency, and a sensibility for functional, well-crafted design
• Ability to articulate ideas through the creation of compelling visuals
• Understands the technical and aesthetic fundamentals of imagery creation
• A team-player receptive to creative feedback and direction, but has the ability to
• Communicate and express their own POV, and a willingness to push the creative envelope
• Excellent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
• Good with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Autodesk tools and UX design a bonus
• Able to learn new tools and skills and stay up to date with industry trends
• Passionate about all forms of design and eager to translate that passion into brand-relevant experiences
• Curious, adaptable, adventurous, with a broad range of creative interests
